Never Alone

Often it seems that we believers are in a minority, even that we are sometimes alone. While that can be true physically, it is never true spiritually.

Hebrews 13:5: Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Hebrews 1:13-14: But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? 14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Hebrews 12:1: Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

2 Kings 6:15: And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? 16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

Whatever we believe or know about angels, ministering spirits, the great cloud of witnesses or chariots of fire, whatever God*s chosen ones and children need in the way of protection will be provided. When we know we have the presence of Jesus and the Holy Spirit in us, what more could we possibly need?

Ephesians 3:17: That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,

1 Corinthians 6:19: What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

John 14:16-18: And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

Isaiah 52:12: For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rereward.

Psalms 144:7: Send thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;

Psalms 18:39: For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

John 10:28-29: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father*s hand.

God ahead of us, behind us, above us, under us, in us, with us, He will never leave us, we are firmly in His hands and He can send angels or chariots of fire whenever He chooses. So what was that little thing you were afraid of?
